Assessment and documents
We work through your position, the purpose of the funds and the security available, and let you know exactly which documents each lender will want. We keep the list tight and only ask for what matters.

Lender matching across the panel
We take your file to the lenders on our 100+ lender panel most likely to fund it, rather than you approaching them one at a time. We compare structure, terms and appetite, not just rate.
What Finstead does: We act for you, not the lender, and recommend the option that genuinely fits your business.

Approval
We manage the application, answer the lender's questions and handle the back and forth through to a formal approval. If something needs restructuring to get across the line, we sort it.
What Finstead does: We chase the lender so you do not have to, and keep you updated at each step.

Settlement
We coordinate the final conditions, documents and funding so the facility settles cleanly and on time. Once it is done, we stay available for the next deal and the one after that.
